Some items in the Rami's Coffee store may be offered as recurring subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how to modify or cancel such purchases.
☕ Subscriptions
By subscribing to a Rami's Coffee subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries of your favourite coffee, based on the frequency you selected at sign-up.
Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you have chosen to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term.
Modification or cancellation: You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. To do so:
- Check your order confirmation email
- Click the subscription management link
- Change the frequency, product, or cancel directly from your customer account

📦 Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order on ramiscoffee.ca, you are reserving a product that is temporarily out of stock or coming soon.
Depending on the product, we may collect a partial deposit at checkout, save your payment method, and charge the remaining balance at a later date.
Cancellation:
- ✅ You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been processed
- ❌ Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible
- 💰 In that case, you may request a full or partial refund
