At Rami's Coffee, we do everything we can to ensure your coffee arrives quickly, in perfect condition, and ready to enjoy.

We currently ship anywhere in Canada, including all territories (YK, NT, NU). Additional international destinations may be added in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our website.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and weather conditions.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

In case of delay, lost package, damage, or any other delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if the package is damaged
